Delivery

At present we only deliver online orders to UK addresses.

We despatch all orders for next day delivery on receipt of cleared funds or credit card payment authorisation before 1pm. We either deliver using a courier from Monday to Friday or by post. We require a signature for all deliveries made by courier and goods will not be left anywhere by our couriers without a signature. Goods will be delivered to the address you have given at the time of order.

As soon as your items are packed ready for despatch we will advise regarding delivery. If for any reason the items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you immediately regarding expected delivery dates. If for, any reason insufficient carriage has been applied to your order we will notify you immediately for instructions.

Carriage is applied according to the weight of your order up to a maximum of £9.00 (based on UK mainland delivery, Zone 1) which is automatically added to your shopping basket. If your delivery address lies outside Zone 1, but within the UK: please select the appropriate zone during check out and the correct carriage will be applied to your shopping basket.

Delivery Price Bands (based on UK mainland delivery, Zone 1 and excluding VAT) Band A: Free Carriage ‘No Charge’ FOC Band B: Small item charge (up to three items) £3.00 Band C: Weight less than 0.5 kg £4.00 Band D: Weight between 0.5 kg and 1 kg £5.00 Band E: Weight between 1 kg and 2 kg £6.00 Band F: Weight greater than 2 kg £9.00

UK Delivery Zones Zone 1: England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3. Zone 2: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Our Couriers give guaranteed delivery to Zone 1 by end of next working day. Most of Zone 2 and Zone 3 have guaranteed delivery within 2 working days.
