The Avdel Monobolt is a high specification multi-grip structural breakstem rivet with a locked stem and positive hole fill for use in heavy duty applications. They have been designed and developed for demanding applications where safety and performance are paramount.

This high quality Avdel Monbolt with its Multi-grip capability provides excellent hole fill via its rapidly expanding body during setting which enables it to compensate for irregular , oversized, slotted or misaligned holes, thus stopping sheet movement in nonstandard holes. Its large gap closing capability creates a very strong vibration resistant joint. While setting, the stem of the Monobolt is mechanically locked into body giving a high shear and tensile strength joint whilst providing a visible lock for quick and easy inspection and overcoming problems associated with rattling or loose mandrel stems. Its multi-grip capabilities means that inventory can be reduced and stock control simplified as one rivet can be used to replace several standard grip rivets: also these rivets can be set by a wide range of installation tools thus saving on tooling costs.
